Our Story
Lil' Pup Academy, a McGregor child care center, is owned and operated by Susan Hernandez and Kaitlyn Dixon. Susan is a child care veteran with over 20 years of experience in the child care industry. Kaitlyn has 5+ years experience in finance and management and 5 years in child care.
The Lil' Pup Academy staff is dedicated, hardworking and share a passion for child care. We will strive to make every child's experience fun, educational and memorable.
Our McGregor child care center is an inclusive child care program and we believe family is very important. We consider everyone at Lil' Pup to be family! This includes staff, parents and most importantly, the children.

We strive to assist the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child. We aim to provide a safe, supportive and nurturing atmosphere. A place where all children are able to grow and learn in a diverse, structured environment.
Lil' Pup Academy believes that the care of your child is the most important consideration when you work outside the home. You should feel at ease and confident in where your child spends his or her day.
